Our standard Advertising Terms and Conditions of Business.

By checking the terms and conditions box on our registration form you agree that:-

You will not upload any material to our servers that may be considered offensive, racial, undesirable or illegal in nature. We reserve the right to remove (permanently if necessary) from our servers any material as above, without prior warning and without refund to you.

Any property description (including any images) that you upload to our servers is a truthful and accurate representation of your holiday property and that neither (nor its owners - ONE STEP AHEAD) will be held liable for any complaints arising from holidaymakers who deem your description to be misleading and/or dishonest.

If we cannot resolve a complaint from a holidaymaker and we feel that you have misrepresented your property on any One Step Ahead web site, we reserve the right to remove your property from the Internet until such time as you have remedied any misrepresentation(s) to our satisfaction. No refunds will be given under any circumstances.

You will not upload any images to our servers without the express permission of the legal owner of that image, nor any images or part thereof that may be subject to copyright.

will endeavour to resolve any such complaints between you and the owner but act solely as a marketing company and no contract exists between us ( or its owners) and the holidaymaker.

If repeated complaints about the standard of your accommodation (or about your holiday property in general) are received from holidaymakers we reserve the right to remove that property from our servers without refund to you. We would always contact you about any such complaints before removing your property, giving you an opportunity to explain why a holidaymaker may have had cause to complain. Removing an owner's property is extremely rare and is only ever done as a last resort and when all other methods of negotiation have failed.

Any data about your holiday property supplied by you is held by us for the purposes of marketing your holiday property, contacting potential holidaymakers and writing to you about your account. You agree to us publishing this data on the World Wide Web on your behalf. We will not trade, sell, exchange or otherwise release your personal data (including telephone numbers and email addresses) to any third parties, under any circumstances.

In the event that you wish to remove a property from our servers (if you sell your business, move house or retire etc.), we will, subject to your written consent (which can be by email), remove all data held by us and supplied by you from our databases and servers. We will confirm this to you in writing when done. No refunds will apply for unexpired advertising.

You will reply to all genuine enquiries from holidaymakers as quickly as is reasonably possible. (Normally within a few hours.)

You will make good any advertising payment due to within 14 days of your property listing being added to our databases and being live on our web site(s). Failure to do so will result in your property being suspended until such time as your full payment is received by us.

If you wish to cancel your account mid-term, no refund of any payment made will be given.

Contracts run from the date you upload your property to our servers and last for 12 months (you will receive a confirmation email from us after you have created a property record).

You are under no obligation to renew your contract with us at the expiry of the 12 months. We will send you a reminder about one month before your membership renewal falls due.
