What are your advertising costs?

One Step Ahead have a very clear and open pricing policy; we thought very carefully about this and looked at how other holiday property advertising sites charge. We feel that the simplest (and the fairest) way to charge owners is as follows:-

£35 per year for the first property on any One Step Ahead web site, then just £10 per year for additional properties, or more web sites. Advertiser's calculator.

Getting started.

Advertising a holiday home with any One Step Ahead web site is really very easy and extremely quick.

To get started, you will need to register for a FREE account. Why? So that we can generate a unique password for you and set up an account. This will be required each time you log in.

Q. What is my email address used for?

A. Just to communicate with you and send you enquiries from holidaymakers.
We totally condemn all forms of spam. We do not trade, exchange or sell your email address with anyone.

Q. I'm not very good at forms on the Internet, can I send you all my details by email?

A. Yes, certainly. We can upload your property details for you but to keep our rates so competitive,
we do ask owners to build their ads online if possible - it's easy-peasy and most people prefer this.
If you really do want us to build your ad for you, you will need to email (only) all the information and
photos to us. We make a charge of £10 per property for this service. This will be added to your
electronic invoice once your property advert has been built.

Q. If I want to remove my property from your site, what happens to my details?

A. You can delete your property at any time, online. If you sell your business or do not wish to advertise with us any more, just email us and we will destroy your user account and all personal data about you.
We will confirm this in writing to you as well, upon request.

Q. Do you offer free trial periods?

A. No - we just charge £35 for a whole year. How cheap is that?
